CAHS statement regarding social media | Déclaration de l’ACSS sur les médias sociaux

The Canadian Academy of Health Sciences (CAHS) recognizes the power of social media for promoting excellence in the health sciences. We also are concerned about the potentially harmful and unexpected risks from uncontrolled use of these platforms. We will continue both to engage for the purposes of communication among our Fellowship and the public while monitoring external risks and our own impact. The CAHS will adapt as the landscape unfolds.
