This year we have modified the nomination process so that the lead nominator does not need to be a CAHS Fellow. Any one of the three nominators must be a Fellow and will be responsible for reviewing the application to ensure it is correct.

Please remember that the deadline for Fellow nominations is Monday March 15th, 2021.
