AI in Health – Global Perspectives, Canadian Solutions
June 9 – 10, 2027, Globe and Mail Centre, Toronto Ontario
351 King St, 16th Floor, Toronto, ON
This interdisciplinary Forum will explore the operationalization of artificial intelligence (AI) in health care. Over two days, participants will examine key priorities and challenges related to sovereign compute capacity, the health care workforce, and trust and safety, with the goal of accelerating the adoption of high-value AI solutions across Canada’s health system.
Canadian and international experts will lead discussions, while participants will actively contribute to the development of a CAHS Canadian AI in Health Blueprint, grounded in the principles of trust, opportunity, and sovereignty.
Insights from the Forum will inform a policy brief outlining perspectives and recommendations on how Canada can become a global leader in the adoption and responsible use of AI in health care.
